Licensed Massage Therapist-Marconi Chiropractic and Wellness

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will have the opportunity to create customized wellness experiences for each client, providing exceptional care before, during, and after each session. You will foster an atmosphere of trust, comfort, and professionalism while integrating best practices and staying current in your craft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, client-focused massage therapy sessions tailored to individual needs.
- Perform a range of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, cupping, and assisted stretching.
- Conduct thorough consultations before each session to determine client goals and comfort levels.
- Accurately complete daily SOAP charting and maintain documentation in accordance with HIPAA compliance standards.
- Provide aftercare education and recommend therapeutic products as appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment space and adhere to Washington State sanitation regulations.
- Offer add-on services and support overall clinic goals for client care and service excellence.
- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety protocols.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team environment.
- Present a professional image in attitude, dress, and appearance.
- Stay current on licensure requirements, continuing education, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Massage License (required)
- Current professional liability insurance (required)
- New graduates and experienced therapists welcome
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered mindset
- Professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor
- Familiarity with SOAP charting and dedication to HIPAA compliance
Work Type: Full-time or part-time, on-site
Schedule Requirements: Flexible scheduling, prefer applicant be able to work 1 weekend day(Saturday or Sunday), afternoon and evenings in high demand.
