What you will do
As a Machine Operator, your primary responsibility is producing quality molded parts that support our mission: “To deliver exceptional services, engineered solutions, and quality products on time.”
Your day‑to‑day work will include:

Reading and following work instructions accurately

Reviewing work orders and operating molding presses

Performing quality checks and SPC as directed

Visually inspecting parts for defects

Clipping, trimming, and packing molded parts

Communicating important information to the next operator

Following all safety guidelines and procedures

Keeping your work area clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Ability to lift 45 lbs
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred (not required):
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Experience with measuring tools
- Basic math or blueprint reading skills
Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required

Safety training preferred

Prior machine operator experience is a plus
