Iron Hill Harley-Davidson & Powersports is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Parts Associate to join our growing team. Whether it's helping a rider customize their Harley-Davidson, finding the right maintenance parts, or assisting customers with accessories for their powersports vehicles, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Assist customers in person, and over the phone with parts and accessory purchases.
- Research and locate the correct OEM and aftermarket parts.
- Recommend accessories and upgrades that enhance the customer's riding experience.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and merchandising displays.
- Process special orders and communicate arrival updates with customers.
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the parts they need.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and inviting.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable learning computer software and parts lookup systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous parts, automotive, powersports, retail, or dealership experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
