Job Summary
The International Student Coordinator supports the Director in managing the after-arrival experience of international students and serves as a key point of contact for students on campus. The role combines coordination and hands-on support: tracking student documentation, coordinating arrival and residential logistics, providing interpretation, guiding students to the right resources, and supporting the family-school communication teacher with administrative tasks. This is not an admissions decision-making role.

Experience leading orientations, tours, or student programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Support with On-Campus Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for international students after arrival.
- Dormitory Coordination
- Documentation and record keeping of student information
- Coordinate arrival and new student orientation
- Provide interpretation for students during meetings and school events, including interpreting for students during parent meetings as needed.
- Lead campus tours for visiting students and families when the Director is unavailable, including on-site interpretation and reception arrangements.
- Follow up on individual student cases after the Director has provided direction.
- Other duties as assigned related to the success and integration of international students.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work independently, follow through on tasks, and coordinate across multiple staff members.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing documents, records, or tracking systems.
- Experience working in students relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working directly with students.
- Completed bachelors degree from a 4 year university.
