Premier Dental of Branchburg, part of Hudson Dental, is growing and looking for a strong Full-Time General Dentist to help lead production in our Branchburg, NJ office.
This is a high-opportunity role for a confident, clinically strong dentist who wants more than a basic associate position. The office has strong patient flow, stable hygiene, PPO/FFS patients only, and significant procedures currently being referred out.

About the Role
We are looking for a dentist who can step into a growing office and help drive clinical production. The right candidate should be confident, productive, and capable of holding their own after a short transition with the existing dentist.
This is intended to be the main full-time provider role in the office. A second dentist currently supports the practice on Fridays, but the successful candidate will have strong access to the schedule, hygiene exams, and higher-value treatment opportunities.
Candidates must be comfortable performing comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, crowns, bridges, extractions, endodontics, and basic oral surgery. Implant placement experience is strongly preferred and may be required for top compensation consideration.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to reliably work the full schedule:
- Monday–Tuesday-Wednesday: 8:45 AM–5:45 PM
- 1-2 Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care
- Diagnose and present treatment clearly and confidently
- Perform general dentistry, including restorative, crowns, bridges, endodontics, extractions, and basic oral surgery
- Help reduce outside referrals by bringing appropriate procedures in-house
- Partner with the team to grow production and improve patient care
- Maintain excellent documentation and patient communication
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey dental license required
- Must be able to reliably commute to Branchburg, NJ 08876
- Strong general dentistry skill set required
- Confidence with endodontics and extractions required
- Implant placement experience strongly preferred
- Must be production-minded, clinically confident, and team-oriented
