**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties:**
- Engage with customers to provide product information and assist with purchases
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Selling car wash monthly memberships
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport quickly with customers
- Strong selling skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Speaking Spanish is a huge plus but not required
**Hours/Pay**
We are looking for flexible hour employees. Pay will be a base pay plus commission for each car wash membership sold with opportunities for base pay raises within the first month of working. Pay starts at $16hr with most employees making $19 an hour within the first three months of working with us. Most sales reps with us make $22-$30 an hour with commissions.
