Position: Home Health Marketing Consultant (90-Day Contract)
We are seeking a seasoned Home Health Marketing Professional to help accelerate the growth of our Medicare-certified home health agency during a focused 90-day engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to increase patient referrals.
- Generate qualified referrals and help grow admissions.
- Provide weekly updates on marketing activities, referral pipeline, and results.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience marketing a Medicare-certified home health agency.
- Established referral relationships within the local healthcare community.
- Demonstrated track record of increasing admissions and census.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Contract Details:
- Initial term: 90 days
- Flexible compensation (base, commission, or combination based on experience)
