Job Overview
We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Business & Finance Interns to support our growing consulting team. This internship offers hands-on experience across finance, operations, and business development in a professional consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with proposal preparation, documentation, and client deliverables
- Support meeting scheduling, coordination, and follow-up activities
- Create and manage professional social media content
- Provide support during conference and exhibitor events
- Help maintain and organize project files and internal documentation
- Perform general administrative and business support tasks
Qualifications
Current college student pursuing a degree (or recent grad) in:
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Management
- Information Technology
- Candidates based in or near Austin, TX or Chicago, IL metro areas
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including:
- Teams
- Copilot
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- OneDrive
- PowerPoint
Skills
- Strong organizational, project and time management skills
- Experience with report writing that clearly communicates complex information.
- Familiarity with accounting applications such as QuickBooks, Oracle, NetSuite, PeopleSoft and AI apps, as well as LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook business account.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying errors or discrepancies preferably using advanced Excel techniques, AI and Tableau for such analyses.
- Strong communication skills for effectively conveying financial and other information to clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
