Based on experience, production, certifications, and customer service skills.
MaidPro of Lehigh Valley recently came under new ownership, and we're expanding our service offerings to include professional carpet and upholstery cleaning throughout the Lehigh Valley.
We're looking for an experienced carpet cleaning technician who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can consistently deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning
- Pre-treat, agitate, extract, and groom carpets
- Clean upholstery, area rugs, and stairs
- Identify stains and determine appropriate treatment methods
- Safely operate carpet cleaning equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
- Maintain equipment
- Take before-and-after photos when required
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional carpet cleaning experience
- Experience with portable extractors, truck mounts, or commercial carpet equipment
- Knowledge of stain removal techniques and carpet fibers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Strongly Preferred
- IICRC Certifications
- Experience with upholstery cleaning
- Experience with tile and grout cleaning
- Experience with commercial carpet maintenance programs
- Water extraction or restoration experience
