Position Summary:
The Warehouse Sale Associate supports the successful execution of the MacKenzie-Childs Warehouse Sale by providing exceptional customer service while maintaining an organized, well-stocked, and efficient shopping environment. Associates perform a variety of duties including assisting customers, restocking merchandise, bagging purchases, supporting dock operations, and maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the sale floor. This position is a temporary position during the dates of our Warehouse Sale.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

Assist customers throughout the Warehouse Sale by answering questions, directing shoppers, and providing a positive shopping experience.

Restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability and maintain organized displays.

Bag customer purchases carefully and efficiently while assisting at checkout as needed.

Assist with dock operations, including unloading merchandise, staging product, and transporting inventory to designated areas.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by collecting empty boxes, disposing of packing materials, and keeping aisles clear of hazards.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Special Requirements:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during Warehouse Sale events.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Environmental Conditions:

Frequently works in a warehouse and event retail environment with varying temperatures and seasonal weather conditions.
- May be required to work indoors and outdoors throughout the duration of the Warehouse Sale.
- Frequently exposed to noise from customers, equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse operations.
- Regularly walks and stands on concrete floors for extended periods.
- Frequently lifts, carries, pushes, and pulls merchandise, shopping bags, carts, and display materials.
- May work in crowded, fast-paced environments with high customer traffic.
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
