New to the automotive world? Perfect. This is one of the best ways to get your foot in the door on our service team. No prior experience needed — we'll teach you everything, and this role opens up clear paths into service, operations, and beyond.
Compensation: $18.00–$21.00/hr
What You'll Do
- Support the service team by keeping repair orders (ROs) accurate and complete
- Review vehicle and RO information for accuracy and compliance
- Make sure all supporting documentation is attached to repair orders
- Confirm technician documentation is complete — the 3 C's: cause, concern, and correction
- Book tickets after the customer has left and confirm payment has been received
- Help process payments through our P2P (Open Invoice) payable system
- Write up and close out pre-delivery vehicles
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery on all internal vehicles
- Keep the Used Vehicle team updated on internal repair orders
- Partner with teammates to make sure customers receive the best possible experience
- Wear safety eyewear in designated areas of the service shop where required
- All other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring
- No prior experience required — we'll train you on our systems, processes, and the ins and outs of service billing
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Comfort with phones and computers (or the eagerness to learn quickly)
- Attention to detail and pride in getting things right
- Professional demeanor and appearance (nametag, uniform, etc.)
