Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize POS systems to accurately input orders and process payments.
- Ensure food safety standards are met by handling and serving food according to regulations.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Required qualifications include proficiency in POS systems, food service experience, and strong customer service skills.
- Preferred qualifications consist of experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS, and a culinary background.
- Relevant skills such as food preparation, bussing, and guest services are also valued for this position.
