Job Summary
We are seeking multiple compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. This role involves delivering personalized care to enhance the quality of life for clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity. The ideal candidate will be energetic, attentive, and committed to fostering a positive environment through attentive care giving and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents or patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and observe patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning in accordance with dietary needs and care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning patient areas and laundry
- Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies
Skills
- Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
- Familiarity with Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, and hospice support strategies
- Ability to work effectively with people with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs
- Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and vital signs assessment
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and family members
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and assisting residents with mobility needs

The position pays $20/hr at first and will increase to $21/hr after a probationary period.
