What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entry points, lobbies, and other access areas, assisting with visitor screening, directional support, and reporting of suspicious behavior and/or maintenance concerns.

Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by observing surroundings, following post orders, and reporting security-related issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

A guard card/license is preferred.
-
CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
