As our company continues to grow, we are building a team of professional Event Servers & Hospitality Team Members who are passionate about hospitality and available to work on an on-call basis for scheduled events.
Position Summary
We are seeking polished, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our hospitality team. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible work while gaining experience in luxury catering and event service.
Our Event Servers represent the No Limits brand from the moment they arrive until the final guest leaves. Professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service are essential.
ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout each event
- Serve plated meals, buffet stations, hors d'oeuvres, and beverages
- Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude with guests
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
Event Setup & Breakdown
- Set tables and dining areas
- Arrange chairs, linens, and place settings
- Set up buffet stations and beverage areas
- Assist with event décor as directed
- Break down and clean event spaces after service
Food & Beverage Service
- Deliver meals accurately and efficiently
- Refill beverages and maintain serving stations
- Ensure food is presented beautifully throughout service
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Team Support
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed
- Replenish supplies during events
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the event
- Help load and unload equipment and supplies
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure a successful event
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, catering, banquet, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

Pay: $8.25 - $26.94 per hour
