This Isn’t Just Another Practice Manager Job.
Help Build One of New Mexico’s Premier Eye Care & Ocular Aesthetics Practices
Practice Administrator / Integrator (Practice Manager) Full-Time | Albuquerque, New Mexico
Most practice manager jobs are about keeping the schedule full and the lights on.
This isn’t one of those jobs.
We’re looking for an experienced leader who wants to help build something exceptional.
Our privately owned optometry practice has earned a reputation for delivering outstanding patient care, advanced dry eye treatment, premium optical services, and innovative technology. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our services and investing in our people, our systems, and the patient experience.
We are seeking a Practice Administrator who enjoys leading people, improving operations, understanding business performance, and helping a successful practice reach its full potential.
If you’re energized by leadership, accountability, continuous improvement, and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you.

Excellence
We also operate our business using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®)—a proven leadership and management framework that creates clarity, accountability, measurable goals, and healthy communication throughout the organization.
Every team member understands their role, knows what success looks like, and contributes toward achieving our shared vision.
If you’ve worked in an EOS organization before, you’ll appreciate our structured approach to leadership. If not, we’ll provide the training and support to help you thrive.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Practice Administrator, you’ll become the operational leader of our business.
Working directly with the practice owner, you’ll help shape our success by leading our team, improving systems, monitoring financial performance, and creating an extraordinary experience for both patients and employees.
This is a role for someone who enjoys making decisions, solving problems, mentoring people, and helping a business continue to grow.
Using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®), you’ll help execute our vision by leading quarterly priorities (“Rocks”), monitoring key performance indicators, facilitating accountability, and ensuring the practice consistently moves toward its long-term goals.
This is much more than managing daily operations—it’s helping build the future of the practice.
