Office Manager / Title Clerk – Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Dealership
Towers Historic Harley-Davidson is looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Office Manager / Title Clerk. This position plays a critical role in keeping our dealership operations running smoothly by managing paperwork, titles, registrations, accounting support, and daily office functions.

Responsibilities:
- Process motorcycle titles, registrations, lien releases, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all deal paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with state and dealership requirements
- Manage title work from purchase through completion and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Accounting, and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process
- Maintain dealership files and confidential customer information
- Assist with accounts receivable/payable functions and general office operations
- Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the dealership
- Communicate with state agencies, lenders, and vendors as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous dealership title clerk, automotive, powersports, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Professional attitude with a commitment to customer service
