Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience diagnosing and servicing complex heating and cooling systems
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with clients and mentor team members
- Advanced diagnostic and critical-thinking skills
- Preferred: 5+ years of residential and commercial HVAC experience
- Preferred: HVAC trade program or technical certification
- Preferred: HVAC and EPA certifications
- No mandatory licenses or certifications required
Key Responsibilities
- Install, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, airflow, and control issues
- Mentor junior technicians on safety and technical execution
- Explain technical requirements and system options to customers
- Ensure systems meet local mechanical codes and manufacturer specifications
- Work with field leadership to maintain schedules and project quality
