Role description
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead AEM Web Production PMO operations customer engagement stakeholder communication service quality and business growth for a large enterprise account .The candidate must have strong experience working in an IT services organization and understand both client expectations and internal delivery processes
Key Responsibilities:
AEM Web Production
Lead AEM web production content authoring publishing campaign launches maintenance and production support
Manage review approval QA publishing rollback and postrelease validation processes
Coordinate with AEM developers UI QA SRE content producers site managers and business stakeholders
Track incidents publishing failures defects and recurring issues drive RCA and preventive actions
Ensure delivery meets timelines quality standards SLAs security and compliance requirements
Lead the PMO team and manage project intake planning prioritization capacity resource allocation milestones and reporting
Maintain visibility of active projects backlogs risks dependencies blockers and delivery status
Establish governance operating cadence escalation paths and decisionmaking forums
Conduct daily weekly and monthly reviews with internal and customer teams
Ensure every workstream has clear scope ownership timelines success criteria and accountability
Act as the senior point of contact for customer leadership site managers marketing engineering and business teams
Build trusted relationships through proactive transparent and timely communication
Lead customer reviews incident bridges escalation discussions and executive updates
Manage expectations communicate risks and drive commitments through closure
Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans for technical and operational teams
Define quality standards checkpoints SOPs checklists and governance controls
Track rework SLA misses defects customer concerns and repeat incidents
Drive automation monitoring reporting and process improvements to reduce operational risk and manual effort
Promote accountability collaboration customer focus and continuous improvement
Partner with LTIMindtree leadership to identify and develop new opportunities within the customer account
Understand customer priorities pain points technology roadmap and upcoming initiatives
Identify opportunities across AEM web operations PMO SRE automation AI analytics and digital marketing
Support proposals SOWs estimates staffing models business cases presentations and demonstrations
Work with sales presales practice and delivery teams to convert opportunities into new business
Demonstrate value through productivity quality automation cost savings and measurable customer outcomes
Lead and mentor project managers PMO leads production leads and crossfunctional teams
Define responsibilities performance expectations onboarding training and succession plans
Manage onsite offshore and nearshore teams across multiple time zones
Address performance gaps early and promote a strong oneteam culture
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT Engineering Business or a related field
12 years of experience in program management delivery management web production or digital operations
5 years managing enterprise programs customer accounts PMO or large crossfunctional teams
Experience with AEM web production content operations incident management and change management
Strong customer management executive communication planning negotiation and problemsolving skills
Experience in an IT services or consulting company with onsiteoffshore delivery models
Experience preparing SOWs estimates proposals staffing plans and business cases
Preferred Skills:
AEM Workfront Azure DevOps Power BI Agile Scrum Kanban ITIL DevOps SEO accessibility analytics security automation generative AI and digital marketing operations PMP PgMP SAFe Scrum ITIL or Adobe certifications are preferred
Success Measures:
Success will be measured through ontime delivery improved quality reduced incidents and rework SLA compliance customer satisfaction clear governance team productivity operational improvements and successful creation and conversion of new bus
Work Location:
This is a hybrid role Working from the designated LTIMindtree or client office a minimum of three days per week is mandatory The candidate must be available for inperson customer meetings leadership reviews team collaboration and critical program discussions

Benefits
Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
