Job Summary
Tracer Drone Technologies is hiring! We are a technology company specializing in providing Drone solutions to first responders. Our technology gets deployed in daily operations to assist with surveillance, people tracking, vehicle tracking, accident reconstruction, fire safety, 3D modeling, search and rescue, forestry, land management, SWAT operations and many other use cases. Tracer is a full service Unmanned Aerial Systems Integrator that provides hardware, software and training.
Duties
- Connect with first responder agencies in your region to gather facts on their daily operations.
- Find drone solutions that can support their operations and provide critical assistance, efficiency and safety.
- Create quotations for products including hardware, software and training services.
- Setup virtual or in person meetings and demonstrations of Drone Systems.
- Collaborate with our team including the COO and CEO to continue to develop the position and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to effectively determine their use case and general operations processes.
- Excellent communication abilities between the customer and our office to build correct solution packages.
- Sales skills are beneficial for promoting the products and conducting or assisting with meetings and webinars.
- Technical skillsets preferred as to learn the drone trade and be able to articulate the technology in a way that brings value to the customer.
- Previous experience with drone operations a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
