- Oversee all aspects of show production, including scheduling, setup, and stage management
- Handle on-site logistics such as ticketing, seating arrangements, food service coordination, and customer service inquiries
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with performers, staff, and audiences effectively
- Knowledge of service operations within entertainment venues is a plus
- Proven sales skills for ticketing promotions
- Ability to collect data on attendance trends and audience preferences for continuous improvement
