About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Professional to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment. In this role, you will plan and coordinate maintenance activities, leveraging your expertise in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and your leadership abilities to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maximize equipment uptime through proactive maintenance planning and effective repair verification.
- Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities, analyze equipment performance, and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Lead teams to enhance plant maintenance capabilities and implement best practices.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance, repair, and installation of production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to multi-craft technicians, electricians, and mechanics.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors on maintenance projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance management/supervision within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CMMS systems.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access, SAP, and SQL or equivalent.
- Experience with CAD programs.
