We are excited to announce that we are adding a new weight loss coach / body sculpting specialist to our award-winning team!
There is a sales component to this job!
The ideal candidate will feel comfortable selling packages of our services after being properly trained in our product line. A history of successful sales is preferred Our body sculpting/weight loss specialists assist clients with achieving weight loss and healthy living through a specific weight loss protocol (recipient of a national award for “Best Weight Loss Program” ). They assist clients one on one body sculpting light therapy for specific area fat loss, motivate and make proactive plans with their client to guide them to success, and educate clients on what it takes to live healthfully.
HERE'S WHAT A DAY WITH US LOOKS LIKE:
+ Motivate clients on their weight-loss journey
+ Wrap clients in our red light body sculpting machine and supervise this treatment.
+ Present and sell service package options to new clients.
+ Take weight, measurements, and body composition during weekly one-on-one client meetings
+ Light administrative duties (setting up clients in system, client communication, light filing, calling warm leads)
+ Calling potential customers who have reached out to us via the internet to schedule.
+ Modify/individualize program to ensure success for clients as needed
+ Help clients develop a true understanding of health and nutrition
+ Assist clients with planning for life events and other obstacles that might impede their quest to reach their health goals

YOUR PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
+ Health coaching experience (preferred)
+ Sales experience (preferred)
+ Ability to coach/educate clientele with enthusiasm and a positive/supportive/motivating attitude
+ Passionate about health and wellness
+ Comfortable and professional with close personal contact with clients
+ Neat and friendly appearance
+ Team-oriented
+ Maintains positive, confident, and adaptable attitude in any situation
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$20/hour + commission structure after 90 days
HOURS:
Part time: 33 hours total
Monday 8:30am- 4:00pm
Tuesday : 8:30am - 6:00pm
Wednesday : 8:30am-5:00pm
Thursday : 8:30am - 4:00pm
**NOTE: during the first 90 day period while you are training there will be no opportunity for commission. once you are fulling trained our specialists are able to sell packages and products.
