About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing Houston-based technology company in the recruitment/HR space, is looking for a driven Sales Representative to help grow their employer partnerships. This is a great opportunity to join an early stage company with real room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to local Houston area employers to introduce them to the platform
- Manage a pipeline of employer leads using a CRM — track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business owners across a range of industries
- Help employers understand the value of claiming their company profile and using the platform to find qualified candidates
- Meet monthly outreach and conversion targets
What We're Looking For
Prior sales, business development, or account management experience (B2B preferred)
Comfortable with cold outreach; calls, emails, and in-person conversations
Self-motivated and organized; able to manage a pipeline independently
Familiarity with CRM tools a plus
Houston area based, reliable transportation
Hybrid schedule; mix of in-office and remote/field work
Commission: 10% of monthly recurring revenue for 12 months on each converted client, or 20% one-time commission on annual plans
