Commercial HVAC Technician Requirements:
- 1+ Years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Experience required
- Able to diagnose and troubleshoot commercial/industrial HVAC equipment required
- Experience with Commercial Boilers, MUAs, VFDs, RTUs, Pumps, Mini-Splits, or Cooling Towers, etc required
- Journeyman license preferred
- Chillers and Commercial Refrigeration experience is a plus

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems; repairing and replacing equipment; performing preventative maintenance; and responding to service calls
- Work may include chillers, boilers, cooling towers, rooftop units, air handlers, make-up air units , pumps, motors, VFDs, refrigeration equipment, commercial plumbing systems, and building automation controls in commercial and industrial facilities
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams
- Troubleshooting building automation systems
