Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) – Specialty Veterinary Hospital
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our specialty veterinary team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with advanced diagnostics and treatments
- Monitor anesthesia and surgical patients
- Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, and laboratory testing
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor hospitalized patients and provide nursing care
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate with clients professionally
- Support a collaborative and positive team environment
Qualifications
- Current California RVT license required
- Specialty, ER, or anesthesia experience preferred
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting
