RHC Design is a small family run architectural company looking to expand their team. We work on many types of projects, including new and existing work for commercial and residential zoning. We are located in the heart of Paoli, within walking distance to the train station. Applicant will be required to work in the office with some flexibility if needed.
DataCAD is required and additional modeling program expertise, such as Sketch Up is desired. Training for DataCAD will be offered if applicant is proficient in another CAD program. Responsibilities will include all tasks within the entirety of a project including surveying, design, drafting of construction drawings (architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural) and reviewing for seal (if licensed). Knowledge of structural design and detailing is required.
