JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Servers play an integral role in the experience of our guests by anticipating needs, providing expert recommendations, and consistently delivering superior hospitality that exceeds expectations
- Bartenders prepare, mix and serve drinks and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Clerks are responsible for taking accurate orders, processing payments, and servicing orders from our bakery or café
- Captains are capable and willing to step into any FOH role in our organization as needed, including lunch or dinner service, cashiering, bartending, or general shift supervision
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- Ability to understand and follow written, verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic: adding, subtracting, counting, and recording
- Ability to operate point of sale system after basic training
- A person of integrity and must not resort to anything but the truth always
- Reliable and punctual: adheres to scheduled shifts, shows up on time, and checks in and out with supervisor
- Possess emotional awareness and self-control in a demanding, service-focused environment
- Seeks growth and development, with potential for increased responsibilities
