Ballard Clinic is a busy mental health group practice providing outpatient therapy and assessments to children, teens, and young adults in Edina and Wayzata, MN. We are looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist/Psychologist who enjoys working with elementary, middle school and/or high school-aged children. The ideal candidate will have experience treating anxiety & depression utilizing a cognitive-behavioral approach. In addition, we value experience treating behavioral concerns or have a niche therapy modality such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, DBT, Exposure/Response Prevention, etc. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians.

A full time opportunity is currently available at the Wayzata clinic OR the possibility of being co-located at both the Edina and Wayzata clinics. Full-time is 25+ billable hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Provide mental health counseling and support to individuals with various conditions
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive client care-
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations
Experience:
- Doctorate or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the area of psychology, counseling or related field.
- A current license by respective governing board in the state of Minnesota (LP, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW)
- Must be willing to work 2 evenings (or 1 evening + half day Saturday)
- Experience working with children ages 12-16 is required.
