Tumalo Lavender and Victoria’s Lavender are seeking detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Production Team Members to support our growing farm and product operations. This role will assist in the hands-on production and fulfillment of our personal care and home products, while also participating in retail and farmers market shifts as part of our rotating team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in precision and quality. Attention to detail is absolutely essential — even small mistakes can affect product quality and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Product Production & Packaging:
Label products accurately and efficiently. Assemble, package, and prepare products for retail and wholesale. Assist in making and batching lavender-based products as needed. Maintain clean, organized production workspaces.
Order Fulfillment & Inventory:
Assist with inventory tracking and restocking materials. Help manage packaging supplies and production materials.
Retail & Farmers Market Rotation:
Participate in rotating shifts for:
- Wednesday Farmers Markets
- Saturday retail store shifts
- Seasonal events and festivals
Assist with booth setup, product displays, and customer transactions. Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service while representing our brands.
Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shipment deadlines. Positive attitude and willingness to serve as part of a team. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move 50-pound boxes multiple times per day. Ability to stand, bend, and move for 7–8 hours per shift. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Retail, farming, manufacturing, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Reliable transportation to and from the farm is required.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
