As an Ice Cream Attendant, you will be responsible for serving delicious ice cream treats, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Serve ice cream, cones, sundaes, and other frozen treats accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area and equipment.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.
