We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to help manage the day-to-day operations of our parcel forwarding and shipping warehouse.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience in parcel forwarding, freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming packages
- Repackage and consolidate customer shipments
- Create domestic and international shipments
- Work with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other carriers
- Weigh, measure, label, and prepare packages
- Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for freight
- Maintain accurate shipment information using computer systems
- Troubleshoot shipping and operational issues
- Keep the warehouse organized and daily operations running efficiently
Requirements
- 3–5 years of parcel forwarding, shipping, freight, or logistics experience preferred
- Basic Computer skills
- Experience with package consolidation and pallet building
- Able to lift packages up to 60 lbs
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of daily operations
Nice to have (but not required): International shipping experience and IATA Dangerous Goods (DG) certification or DG shipping experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
