- Must be knowledgeable of drink brand selections, garnishes, and prices.
- Confidently provide food and drink recommendations.
- Outgoing personality, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Complete understanding of standardized recipes for classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous bartending, serving, and/or customer service experience preferred.
Must pass a Federal/National criminal background check and credit check. Must have a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record as defined by City policy.
Must pass a pre-employment basic physical, drug screen, and functional assessment screening (Level 2).
