Join Our Team – Automotive & Upfit Technicians Wanted!
We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented technicians to join our growing team in Stuart, Florida. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in emergency vehicle customization, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
Install and configure emergency vehicle equipment, including:
- Lighting systems
- Prisoner containment systems
- Radio and communication equipment
Position Details:
- Full-time, hourly position
- Competitive pay: $15.00 – $22.00+ per hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses paid monthly and annually
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with 12V electrical systems is a plus
- Prior upfitting experience preferred, but not required
- Must provide your own tools
- No experience? No problem — we’re willing to train the right candidate!

- Can you lift 25-50 lbs if needed?
- Have you worked on Lighting (LED bars/strobes), Radio/Communication systems, and Fleet upfitting (police, utility, service vehicles)?
License/Certification:
- Emergency Vehicle Technician Certification (not required) (Preferred)
