We’re currently looking for a dependable, hardworking crew member to join our team full-time.
What You’ll Do
This position includes a mix of landscaping and lawn care work, including:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanups
- Assisting with landscape installations such as sod, mulch, plants, and light enhancement work
- Loading/unloading tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Following safety procedures and company standards
- Occasionally interacting with customers in a professional manner
- Supporting the crew with additional labor tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable, motivated, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekend work during peak season
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $18/hour depending on experience
