Responsibilities
- Perform routine daily, monthly and annual physics duties in a radiation oncology department
- Calibrate, maintain, and ensure optimal performance of radiation therapy equipment.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists to develop and implement accurate, patient-specific treatment plans.
- Perform routine and advanced quality assurance testing in compliance with national and international standards.
- Support research initiatives and contribute to advancements in radiation therapy.
- Train and educate clinical staff on radiation physics and safe equipment operation.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team.
- Solve complex clinical and technical challenges with support from the broader physics team when needed.
- Maintain physica part of ACR certification, TNM team help in provided.
- Stay current with advancements in medical physics and radiation therapy.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Medical Physics or related field.
- Board certification (or eligibility) by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Medical Physics or equivalent.
- HDR license or eligibility required.
- Strong experience with radiation therapy equipment and physics principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and high quality care.
