American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room (Routine) position in Fort Smith, AR, requiring 1+ year of OR experience and an active AR or compact RN license.

Day shift position with hours of 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

13-week contract assignment

Operating Room (Routine) unit in a hospital setting

Active AR or compact RN license required
-
Minimum 1 year of recent OR nursing experience required

No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs are not accepted)

No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless documentation of scheduled renewal is provided

Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment

Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and are subject to local contract terms, including a limit of 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at the same facility

After completing 3 consecutive 13-week contracts within a 50-mile radius, candidates must either separate from the facility for a minimum of 1 year or transition to a facility outside the 50-mile radius
