We are looking for an upbeat, hardworking team members to join our staff.
Job responsibilities (not limited to):
- Collect used kitchenware in kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots, etc.)
- Store clean dishes, and equipment appropriately
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, and utensils, especially during peak hours
- Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
- Sweeping the kitchen
- Help with prep in the mornings
A little about Boojum Brewing Company: We are a fast-paced taproom in the middle of Downtown Waynesville. We have 16 brews on tap and a food menu that ranges from burgers to delicious entrees. We strive to provide the best service possible and teamwork really does make the dream work.
