Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized sales display
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
-Maintain Updated Price Lists and Availability
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales is necessary
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Knowledge of retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts and sales tax
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to sell products effectively by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate recommendations
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or complaints
