We are currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (20 hours/week) to join our 16-bed Enhanced Care Facility. This position is ideal for an RN who is compassionate, organized, and enjoys working closely with residents and caregivers in a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing medication administration, communicating with physicians, completing resident assessments, developing and updating service plans, training and supporting care staff, coordinating medical appointments and lab work, delegating nursing tasks, and helping ensure high-quality resident care. The RN will also assist with monitoring resident condition changes, maintaining compliance with nursing regulations, and providing direct care as needed.
Experience in long-term care, memory care, or community-based care preferred.
Must hold a current Oregon RN license in good standing.
