Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to ensure a spotless environment.
- Implement proper sanitation procedures for kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to promote health and safety.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Handle manual lifting of furniture, appliances, and supplies while following proper ergonomic practices.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments for different flooring types.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; hotel or janitorial experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment maintenance, and janitorial procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments when necessary.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated reliability with a keen eye for detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
