Job Overview
We are seeking a long term motivated and detail-oriented Glass Installer/Glazier to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass and related materials across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from storefronts to custom glass fixtures.
Responsibilities:
- Install frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, glass partitions, storefront systems, and windows.
- Safely transport, handle, and install heavy glass materials.
- Perform fabrication tasks as needed to prepare materials for installation.
- Read shop drawings, field measurements, and installation details.
- Ensure every installation is completed with precision, paying close attention to alignment, fit, finish, and overall craftsmanship.
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure weatherproof installations.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors on site.
- Follow company safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team.
Experience
- Prior construction experience with a focus on glazing or glass installation is highly preferred. Minimum 1 year construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to glass work.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, measurement techniques, and safety practices in a construction environment.

- Self-motivated with the ability to manage installations independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to field conditions while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (75+ lbs) safely while maintaining precision during detailed installation tasks
- Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and good driving record
- Looking for long term commitment (1 year or more)
Full Time: Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Overtime may be required on certain jobs. Pay $24.00-$28.00 an hour
