Need someone with solid carpentry experience in finish carpentry as well as some rough framing and general pick up work. Needs to also have drywall proficiency to make smooth walls and match texture for drywall patches. Electrical/plumbing/waterproofing experience is a huge plus. This is not a pure carpentry or drywall position and will require someone with a solid set of tools and capability to wear many hats in a fast paced detailed oriented environment.
