Job Summary
DRT Performance Tix is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Success Specialist In-Training. DRT provides ticketing solutions for dance studios, schools, performing arts centers, competitions, camps, parades, and community events. Our Client Success team helps each organization successfully prepare, launch, and manage its ticketed events.
This entry-level position is a structured 12–18-month development path toward becoming a Client Success Specialist, with future advancement opportunities into Client Success Manager and other leadership roles as DRT grows. Advancement is based on demonstrated performance, readiness, and business needs—not tenure alone.
The successful candidate will develop practical experience in client relationship management, SaaS ticketing operations, account support, launch readiness, CRM documentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Previous ticketing experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is curious, dependable, coachable, and ready to develop a professional craft that combines customer service, technology, operations, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Support Client Success Specialists and Client Success Managers with client communication, account maintenance, and day-to-day service needs.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing engagement, retention, and renewal activities.
- Review event configurations, Performance Details Sheets, and other client-submitted information for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing, conflicting, or unclear information before it affects an event launch or customer experience.
- Assist with Launch Readiness reviews to ensure events are completed correctly and clients are properly notified.
- Use DRT’s internal CRM and operational systems to document interactions, maintain accurate account information, track client requests, and update trouble tickets.
- Help process client orders, event changes, and account information accurately and on time.
- Respond to client questions professionally, troubleshoot routine concerns, and escalate issues when additional expertise or authority is required.
- Collaborate with Client Success, Production, Sales, Support, and other internal teams to provide a consistent client experience.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and share relevant client feedback, recurring concerns, and improvement opportunities.
- Review client and operational data to identify service trends, retention risks, revenue opportunities, and areas where the client experience can be improved.
- Build client-facing skills through coaching, mock calls, shadowing, scenario-based training, and live quality-assurance feedback.
- Take on increasing responsibility for client accounts and operational work as knowledge, performance, and confidence develop.

- Client onboarding, account support, retention, and renewal fundamentals.
- Mock client calls, scenario-based exercises, and live feedback.

What You Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Sound judgment and a willingness to ask clarifying questions before making assumptions.
- Analytical skills and the ability to use information and data to support decisions.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to client questions and operational challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively across Client Success, Production, Sales, and Support teams.
- A coachable mindset and the ability to apply feedback consistently.
- Reliable attendance, professional accountability, and a genuine customer-first approach.
