What do you need to be successful?
- You have a University Degree in Physical Therapy
- You are able to obtain a state license
- You have strong verbal/written communication skills and have the ability to work with different personalities
- You use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
- You have demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
- You have a valid Drivers License and access to a vehicle
What would your day look like at Encore Rehabilitation?
- You will assess and treat individuals suffering from various neurological and orthopedic disorders and injuries
- You will facilitate a Plan of Care for clients meeting a rehab goal
- You will help patients in establishing and meeting meeting meaningful goals
- You will create and implement individualized treatment plans based o analysis and clinical reasoning
- You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational days; training sessions, and establishing personal networks.
