Cleaning company is currently offering a one-time cleaning gig opportunity for independent contractor cleaners. This assignment may lead to future additional opportunities based on performance and availability.
This is not an employee position. This is a per-assignment opportunity paid per job, not hourly. Compensation is $140 per day, depending on the specific assignment and scope of work.
Responsibilities may include:
Commercial cleaning services; dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing; cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas; following detailed checklists; using cleaning supplies and equipment properly; and maintaining professional communication.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail; physical ability to perform cleaning tasks; smartphone with internet access for communication; and willingness to complete a background check if required for certain assignments.
