We are seeking experienced automotive sales professionals who are motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused.
- Prior automotive sales experience is required
- Strong CRM management skills preferred, including lead follow-up, task management, and opportunity tracking

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional, high-level customer experience
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, text, and in person
- Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process
- Actively manage leads and opportunities within the CRM
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up and pipeline activity
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and referrals
- Build lasting customer relationships and repeat business
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Saturday with two guaranteed days off per week

Performance-Based Sign-On Bonus Disclaimer: The advertised sign-on bonus is available to qualifying automotive sales professionals with more than two years of prior dealership sales experience. Eligible employees may earn up to $5,000, paid as follows: $1,000 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days, $1,000 after 90 days, and $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment. To qualify for each payment, the employee must maintain a minimum average of 8 vehicle sales per month and remain actively employed in good standing at the time of payout. Additional terms and eligibility requirements may apply.
