Job Title : Operations Specialist
■ Job Responsibilities
1. Logistics & Transportation Operations
- Schedule and dispatch freight deliveries in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor driver routes and adjust plans as necessary to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Communicate regularly with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support.
- Receive product or delivery orders and coordinate dispatch operations.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records using transportation management software.
- Resolve service issues and delivery delays promptly and professionally.
- Monitor safety programs in compliance with FMCSA/DOT guidelines and regulations.
2. Import & Export Operations
- Accurately enter shipment, inventory, and customer data into transportation management software.
- Manage customer accounts, including shipment updates, order processing, and delivery management.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to logistics performance and account status.
- Coordinate with terminals to resolve delivery issues and provide follow-up support to customers.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision.
- Strong passion and willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
