We are currently looking for a processor to join our expanding team. The position comes with a base plus per file bonus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviewing all documents, ordering and following up on any outstanding documents
- Submitting complete files to lenders and underwriters
- Receiving approval from lenders and clearing any remaining conditions
- Submitting all conditions for CTC
- Coordinating and scheduling closings
- Receiving and reviewing any and all CDs and closing packages
- Receiving and clearing all funding conditions
- Rendering and closing out completed files
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to handle a pipeline of 50+ files
- Comfortable acting as a liaison between Loan Officers, Title Companies, and Lenders
- Familiarity with VA, FHA and Conventional loans
- Working knowledge of IRRRL/Streamline v. Cash out v. Purchase
- Ability to read personal and business tax returns and calculate out income
- Experience applying lender, FNMA, FLHMC, and VA guidelines to all files
- Experience with Encompass LOS
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-year mortgage processing experience
