American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position in San Diego, CA, requiring cardiac and robotic cardiac procedure experience along with an active CA RN license.

Hospital-based Operating Room (OR) setting

Day shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 3x12-hour shifts per week (Sunday–Saturday availability)

On-call requirements include 2 weekend standby shifts (24 hrs each) and 5 weekday call shifts per month, beginning at the end of the scheduled shift through the following day

13-week contract

Active CA RN license required

Current BLS certification required

Cardiac OR experience required, including robotic cardiac procedures

General OR experience required

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial application

Perform intraoperative nursing care for cardiac and general surgical cases, including robotic-assisted procedures
